The Rochester, NY Lair is a men's self help group based in the Rochester area. Our focus is on self-confidence and success with women. We consider ourselves part of the so-called "seduction community", which has been featured in the best-selling book The Game and the VH1 show The Pickup Artist.

The current theme in the seduction community is that it's important to focus on other aspects of your life besides women in order to increase your success with women. We fully subscribe to this principle, and encourage our members to leave rich full lives, and thus attract the women they want into their lives. Although lines and routines have a place, they don't facilitate personal improvement.
